Yes, every operative we send carries a current CSCS card appropriate to their trade, and supervisors hold gold or black cards with SSSTS or SMSTS as the role requires. Copies go to your site team before day one.
Either. On day-rate supply your site management directs the work. Where we supply a full gang we can include a working supervisor who runs the gang and reports to your package manager, which is usually the better value on anything beyond a few operatives.
