A complete internal package, run by one team.

From first stud to final skim, every trade inside the shell sits with us. So the programme stops chasing six different subbies and the finish lands on time.

Steel Framing Systems (SFS)
External infill walls, structural studs and shaft walls. Hadley, Metsec and equivalent systems installed to spec, with deflection heads and acoustic detailing built right.

Drylining & Internal Partitions
Single, twin and triple-board partitions. Acoustic, fire and moisture rated build-ups. British Gypsum, Knauf and Siniat systems installed by carded fixers.

MF & Suspended Ceilings
MF, Gridline and bulkhead ceilings set to laser line. Service zones coordinated with M&E so first fix lands clean and second fix never fights the ceiling grid.

Tape, Joint & Skim Finish
Level 3, 4 and 5 finishes ready for paint or specialist wallcovering. Mesh and paper tape, three-coat jointing, full skim coats. Sanded and signed off ready for follow-on trades.

Plastering & Render Patching
Wet plaster, hardwall, bonding and finishing coats. Make-good patching on heritage walls and snag-out before handover. Time-served plasterers, never an apprentice on finals.

CSCS Labour Supply
Skilled and general labour on day rate or package. Drillers, fixers, tapers, plasterers and welfare-trained generals. All carded, insured and inducted before they hit your gate.

03 / How we run a package

No surprises between handover and snag.

Three checkpoints, one site team. The same supervisor walks the job from take-off to sign-off so nothing falls between people.
Step 01

Take-off & programme fit

Drawings priced inside 5 working days. We sit the package against your master programme, flag anything that won't sequence, and lock the labour curve before site start.

Step 02

Site supervision daily

Named supervisor on every shift. RAMS issued before mobilisation, daily diaries and photo logs filed to the project drive, weekly progress meeting with the package manager.

Step 03

Snag & sign-off

Each room walked off internally before it goes to the contractor's clerk of works. Snag list closed before follow-on trades arrive. We don't leave a floor open behind us.

If your QS or H&S team wants a pack on day one, it's already prepared. RAMS, insurances, CSCS register, system datasheets and warranty info. All in the project pack.

Full cover for commercial fit-out works, with employer's and contractor's all-risk on file.

CSCS Carded Trades

Every operative carries a current CSCS card. Supervisors hold gold or black; SSSTS & SMSTS as required.

System Approved

Installed to Hadley, Metsec, British Gypsum, Knauf and Siniat specs. Warranties carried where required.

Daily Site Records

Daily diary, photo log and progress curve filed to the project drive. Weekly written report on request.
